⭐ 1 Star Very Disappointing Product
I purchased Yardlie Natural Black Hair Color Gel after seeing the product advertised with claims of effective grey/white hair coverage. Unfortunately, my experience was completely different.
I followed the instructions and kept the product on my hair for the recommended 5 minutes. When there was no result, I tried it again for longer—10, 15 and even up to 30 minutes—but not even a single grey/white hair turned black.
I have already contacted customer support several times through SMS and email and have been waiting for a proper response, but my complaint has still not been resolved.
I am extremely disappointed. A product advertised as a hair color should actually color the hair. In my experience, this product did not deliver the advertised result at all.
I am requesting a proper explanation, replacement with a genuine working product, or a full refund.
